Well, its Manfrotto, so compatible with Manfrotto! Over priced for a piece of metal but that's how the world is!The picture is misleading as the pin shown is fixed metal, but the item has pluggable plastic one: good to have it separate, but not so good to have plastic one. My camera setup can go more that 10KG and it would be easy to break the plastic!Also you only get two screws. Picture shows 3!!
